Once you download and install the trial of Xara 3D 6 from Xara.com,fire it up n you should see the Xara logo in an oval thing.
There are several options on the left side pane. And the right side pane gives you options for text,extrude,lights n colours,shadow,animation.
Once you type in your text,select the extrusion options from the right side and the extrusion as "rolled".That is exactly the type that Nik Ainley used in "FRESH".
Also,press Ctrl-Tab to see the arrows for light sources.Move those around to change the lighting according to your fancy!
